Nico is an industrial designer based in Paris. He works closely with clients shaping ideas into elegant, manufacturable solutions. After spending over a decade as an employee at Ammunition in San Francisco, he opens his own design studio in 2023: début.
Originally from a small town in France, he was only exposed to industrial design later in his life, and grew up finding inspiration and beauty in ordinary objects. Prior to Ammunition, Nico graduated with a master’s degree in industrial design from ISD in France in 2012 and worked with multiple design studios and companies across Europe. Examples of his work include the Unicef Kid power band, Nascent objects, the Polaroid hoop camera, and the Gantri Gio collection. His work has been recognized by IDEA, Fastco, Core 77 and Halo design awards. His work was featured on the cover of the Time magazine for the best inventions of 2020.
